A: No. There are no likely situations in which the color of moissanite will be permanently changed. Moissanite does undergo a temporary color change when exposed to extreme heat from a jeweler’s torch during jewelry repair, but with proper bench techniques there will be no lasting damage, and the stone will return to its normal color once it cools.
Q: Is moissanite resistant to scratching?
A: Yes. Moissanite is durable, tough and extremely resistant to scratching and abrasion. With a hardness of 9.25, moissanite is harder than all other gemstones except diamond.
Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: 1~3 working days from stock, 8-12 working days for mass production.

A: Yes, welcome. Our factory located at Wuzhou City, Guangxi, 2 hours far from Guangzhou by CRH train.
Q: Is it possible buy one sample?
A: Yes, you need pay the sample cost and accept the shipping fee. Sample will be sent out within short-time if the items have stock. If the sample need to produce or cut, it takes 6-10 days.
Q: Can I have my own logo on the jewelry and make our designs?
A: We offer free laser loge for you. Please send me your clear logo image or design pictures.
Q:How do I inspect goods?
A:We have strict regulations for the inspection in the factory to meet the best quality. You can inspect by visiting our factory in person, or ask the third party for inspection as well.
Q: How to place order?
A: 40% of the deposit for production and 60%of balance before the delivery.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If there is in stock, the delivery time is about 3-7 working days after getting the payment. If there is no stock, normally 1-10 working days after the receipt deposit. It depends on your order quantity either.
